Piece is 10.5 x 7.56 inches and is unsigned, that I can find, with title on verso. The canvas board was not cut even so it tapers down to 7.5 inches in height.

About the artist: Self-taught painter, Jean-Baptiste Fournier was born in Roubaix, France in 1959. His first personal exhibitions took place in Paris, Lyon, Rennes, Le Castellet, Lille, Le Touquet, Sanary. His group exhibitions have taken place at the Abbaye de Talloires , at the Royal Casino in La Napoule, at the Chateau Ricard in Marseille, at the Sofitel in Lyon, at the Chateau de la Motte Fénelon in Cambrai, at the Couvent des Minimes in Lille, in the Chateau de la Groulais in Blain. His exhibitions abroad have taken place at the Chateau d'Allaman in Switzerland, at the Chateau de Virton in Belgium, at La Réserve de Knokke le Zoute in Belgium, at the Makart gallery in Budapest in Hungary, in the Shannon Gallery in London in Great Britain, in the Abada Gallery in New York in the United States.
